WEATHER CONDITIONS
To guarantee a complete gastronomic experience at Maquiavelo, we recommend you make your reservation in the Club – Restaurant Area or in the Garden, where we offer the ideal environment to enjoy our culinary proposal.
In the case of reservations in other areas of the venue, please note that, due to adverse weather conditions, we do not guarantee relocation in the event of unavailability in the covered areas. Under these circumstances, the reservation may be cancelled.

GENERAL RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The formalization and confirmation of a reservation implies the customer’s express acceptance of these general conditions, including the conditions for reconfirmation, cancellation, and no-show.
1. Reconfirmation of the reservation
In order to ensure proper management of the service, the establishment may contact the customer before the time of their reservation to remind them and request reconfirmation.
This communication may be made by telephone, SMS, or email, using the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.
If the customer cannot be contacted for any reason, it will be the customer’s responsibility to reconfirm their reservation sufficiently in advance of the reserved time, by telephone or email.

2. Opening hours
The telephone and email service hours are:
Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Sunday and Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may result in a penalty of €10 per person booked.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.
4. Punctuality and courtesy time
For the service to run smoothly, we ask that you be punctual.
If the customer anticipates a delay, they must notify the establishment as soon as possible.
The establishment will hold the reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled time. If the customer has not arrived or notified the establishment of their delay after this time, the table may be released.
5. No-show policy
If the customer does not show up at the time of their reservation, once the indicated courtesy time has elapsed and without prior notice to the establishment, a penalty of €20 per person reserved may be applied.
For these purposes, a no-show shall be understood to mean the customer’s failure to attend on the date and time of the reservation, once the established courtesy time has elapsed, without prior notification to the establishment.
6. Exceptional circumstances
The penalties set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply when the establishment is unable to provide the service due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions beyond its control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of making the reservation and which prevent the service from being provided under appropriate conditions.
In such cases, the reservation shall be canceled at no charge to the customer.
The establishment undertakes to inform the affected customer as soon as it becomes aware of the impossibility of providing the service for any of these reasons.

RESERVATION POLICY
Each reservation will be managed individually, subject to the restaurant’s availability and capacity at the time it is confirmed. Availability shown in the system does not, under any circumstances, imply the possibility of combining or rearranging tables. For organizational and logistical reasons, the restaurant does not guarantee that tables reserved separately can be grouped together on the day of service.
Guests are kindly requested to make a single reservation for the total number of diners. If a party arrives with more guests than originally confirmed, the restaurant cannot guarantee availability or appropriate reallocation.
Furthermore, in the event of duplicate reservations made by the same guest, only the reservation made closest to the date of service will be considered valid, and any others may be automatically cancelled.
BOOKING AREAS
Perverse at the bar – Our open-air cocktail bar area has been transformed to offer you a unique experience with a more casual menu in a relaxed atmosphere. If you fancy coming to enjoy a good cocktail and a bite to eat in good company, this is the place for you. Please note that reservations may be cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions.
Club Restaurant – A warm and welcoming interior space that represents our most intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. Here, every detail has been carefully selected to offer you a unique culinary and social experience. Immerse yourself in the charm of our most personal surroundings and enjoy an unforgettable evening. This is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the exclusivity of our club.
Garden – The Garden is a charming covered space, decorated with an elegant tented tent that invites you to enjoy the natural surroundings. Surrounded by lush vegetation and lit in a way that creates a magical atmosphere, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. During the colder days, the area is fitted with heaters to ensure maximum comfort.
The form selector will only show the spaces available on the day and at the time you have chosen. If any of our spaces do not appear, it is due to full occupancy or unavailability.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Tables for groups of 12 to 25 people are managed exclusively by email at reservas@maquiavelosevilla.com. For events requiring exclusive use of the venue, please contact us using the form on this website.
Group reservations are subject to availability.
TASTING MENU
Tasting menus are reserved per person and must be booked for all diners at the table.
Available for tables of 2 to 6 people.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed from Sunday dinner through Friday lunch.
CHILDREN AND CELEBRATIONS
Due to the nature of our dinner show, it is not recommended for minors. However, from 13 October, Sundays are reinvented and will be KIDS-friendly during lunchtime.
We do not accept stag/hen parties with costumes or behaviour that disturbs the rest of the guests.
DRESS CODE
In our restaurant, you are part of the show and the atmosphere. We want you to dazzle with your most elegant and sophisticated version.
